Given today’s problems of global warming and climate change, Greener Pastures puts forward the practice of sustainable design and development to conserve our natural resources. With ‘green’ building in mind, the township has a number of green features to boast with. Accordingly, as an eco-village, our GP Community is welcoming the use of these eco-friendly developments within the subdivision. At Greener Pastures, you live life to the greenest!

Green Feature
A main feature of the township are huge old trees preserved, with more than 1,000 trees planted around the subdivision. Tree-lined roads and path walks provide cool shade for all its visitors.
The township also incorporates a rainwater catchment facility that will use the rainwater for landscape irrigation.
Wind or Solar-powered equipment and utilities are highly encouraged within the township to reduce energy consumption.
