OWNER
Cajesar Development Corporation was established by Mr. and Mrs. Rogelio R. Cabuñag in December 1986 to engage in subdivision development and rentals of houses and condominiums.
Mr. Rogelio R. Cabuñag was one of the few non-family members invited by Mr. Henry Sy, Sr. to join the Board of Directors of SM Development Corporation, where he served as Director/President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 2011 (21 years) and mastered his craft and expertise in property development. Mr. Cabuñag also served as Director/President of Belle Corporation (developer of Tagaytay Highlands) for 12 years.
PROJECTS
Subdivision projects completed in Quezon Province include, a 3 hectare residential development in Sariaya, named Holy Family Village, 10 hectare residential enclave called Easter Mansions in Candelaria. At present, Cajesar Development Corporation has added commercial establishments and the latest mixed-use development called Greener Pastures.
OTHER VENTURES
Cajesar Development Corporation has engaged in other ventures to compliment its real estate management business. Included in its portfolio are ventures on agriculture (organic farming and livestock). It has also capitalized on education and technical skills training through TESDA.
Greener Pastures
Envisioned to suit the lifestyle of those who prefer the calm and stress-free vibe of the countryside, Cajesar Development Corporation commissioned the renowned Likha awardee, Architect Froilan Hong and Associates to create an eco-village in a 60-hectare property along Maharlika Highway, Concepcion 1, Sariaya, Quezon Province.
As a growing residential subdivision with prime focus on preserving the environment and promoting local livelihood, Greener Pastures offers fresh and fulfilling experiences to our residents while supporting the eco-tourism activities of the local government.
Greener Pastures’ The New Quezon Township features several themed and gated residences, including tree-lined roads and parks, a parish Church, the Quezon Wholistic and Learning Center supervised by Don Bosco College and a huge event center, and a commercial plaza that will house an array of dining and retail stores to accommodate the growing needs of our community.
